MIBU wants to make your online shopping experience safe and secure by protecting your personal data such as name, address and credit card details. We have installed the latest RapidSSL® as it encrypts and protects your information and prevents it from being read by unauthorised internet users.

Online payment security

 

MIBU wants to ensure that your transactions are safe. MIBU encourage customers to pay via debit and credit cards with PayPal. PayPal is compliant with PCI (Payment Card Industry) and CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) standards to protect against fraud and loss of data.

When you choose to pay via ‘PayPal’ simply enter your registered email PayPal email address. You will then need to confirm your order and you will then receive your own unique order number and final payment total. You will then be automatically transferred to the PayPal site to finalise your payment transaction. 

Privacy

MIBU does not sell, rent or make available your personal information to other parties.

MIBU is bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.

All persons using our website are responsible for keeping their user ID confidential and should not disclose it to others. Should you feel that there has been unauthorised use of your ID you should notify us immediately and we will take the necessary steps to prevent further unauthorised use.

Should you wish to have your personal information deleted from our records we will verify your identity before accessing or making changes or deleting your personal information. 

Shipping 

Please note that all deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address who can sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. 

Within Australia

MIBU offers free shipping for all purchases over $50.00 Australia wide.  

MIBU understands that customers want to know the status of their delivery. We use Fastway Couriers as and Australia Post as it allows customers to keep track of their delivery.  

Once a parcel has left our warehouse an email will be forwarded to you with your exclusive tracking number and details on how to track your parcel. 

In the unlikely event that you are unable to find your order please send MIBU an email, quoting your order number, and we will follow up on your behalf.

 

Outside of Australia

For shipping outside of Australia, MIBU uses Australia Post. This will be calculated at checkout through the Australia Post portal to ensure correct shipping costs are quoted.                      

Please note that we are unable to ship fragrances internationally as fragrances are are classified as ‘hazardous materials’ (HAZMAT) International Delivery 

Shipping costs via Australia Post - Parcels up to 1.5kg 

MIBU guarantee a full money back refund without questions if the products are in original and resalable condition and if returned within 7 days from the time of taking delivery.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost should you change your mind.

MIBU regrets that it cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used. However if there is a manufacturing defect in the product which can only be found upon opening the product then MIBU must be notified within 7 days from the date of delivery and returned to MIBU within 15 days. A replacement product will then be sent to you and shipping costs waived under such circumstances.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.

Please note that fragrances are classified as ‘hazardous materials’ (HAZMAT) and will not be accepted by postal services.

Cancellations

Please ensure that you have made the correct selection and provided the correct shipping information as MIBU will not accept modifications or cancellation of an order.
